Senior Proposals Manager, Commercial Development:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Proposals Manager to join a growing Commercial Development Team Located in Berkshire. My Client is a lead CRO Organisation, providing Clinical Research services within various therapeutic disciplines for the Pharmaceutical industry.

 

We are looking for an Experienced Senior Proposals Manager with a background in clinical research and proposals writing in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and be able to interoperate complex clinical data into written form.

 

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

 

• Managing Proposal Creation from RFP

• Developing RFI from RFP receipt

• Collecting any essential data from in-house experts required for the creation of the key strategies and selling messages

• Assisting the business development team with client meetings

• Managing every aspect of the proposal creation process and making sure the development is completed within the deadline

• Managing of the CRM system

• Improving the efficiency of the department tools and systems

 

A Bonus to have one or two of the following:

 

• A Scientific degree (BSc Level)

• Commercial awareness

• Experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries

• Effective management and coordination skills

• Problem Solving
