The Role Itself:
​

Working in a fast growing and challenging environment, it is your mission to monitor the quality of the built software (internal applications, web applications, mobile apps). You take care of the functional and technical testing of the applications.
-
You are an active member of the SCRUM team that consists of analysts and developers. You report to the team lead development. You take care of detecting possible problems and bugs and you emerge as a quality controller of the test strategy (approach, methodologies and tools).

From a thorough understanding of the business requirements, you prepare test cases and scenarios and you are responsible for their implementation.

You follow the test results and actively give feedback to colleagues. You work closely with testers from other teams and are a crucial link in improving and implementing the test strategy.

You put the test and quality process on the map in your domain and you contribute to the development of the test process within our organization.

You strive for continuous optimization and expansion of the test sets and anchor the further change to automated testing.
Ideal Experience:

You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience as a software tester.
-
You have an affinity with IT.
-
Experience in testing and experience in SCRUM / Agile is a plus.
-
Team player, flexible and dynamic.
-
In addition to a good analytical insight, you have a hands-on mentality.

You are critical and pragmatic.

You are eager to learn and actively share your knowledge.
Experience with the following technologies / tools is a plus:

Java (Selenium)

SQL
