Genesis Global Group is currently looking for a M&A Associate to join a boutique M&A firm, with a strong global presence, specialising on cross-border transactions across various industries.  This is a permanent full-time position.

 

The ideal candidate should have prior Corporate Finance or M&A experience and will be responsible for:

• Identifying, analysing & researching M&A opportunities.

• Understanding & developing financial models.

• Undertaking client due diligence.

• Interacting with various internal & external teams (e.g. clients, accountants, lawyers).

• Ensuring timelines are maintained by the team (including mentoring junior staff).

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Prior industry experience in either Corporate Finance or M&A.

• Preferably a MBA in finance, economics, maths or a similar course. MSc applicants will also be considered – top grades are a must.

• Financial modelling  and valuation knowledge & experience.

• Strong communication skills (both written & orally).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a great team player.
