The client is an innovative green the company, who is solving one of the largest solid waste issues! The client is a fantastic green tech company with patented technologies. The company has a great international presence with offices in China, Australia, the Philippines, Italy and a new headquarters being established in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in a fast-growing company!

The successful candidate has to be a fast learner with a great eye for detail, and ambitious to progress their career in a fast paced, growing company.  

​

The candidate should have an accounting / finance degree and no more than two years’ work experience. Good knowledge of accounting concepts is needed but preference will be given to candidates willing and capable to adapt and contribute more to the team than just the accounting side. The candidate will report directly into the FC.

Skills & Experience:

​

• No more than 2 years’ work experience (accounting or administrative position)

• Finance or Accounting degree or qualification (Master’s degree not required) 

• Great understanding of accounting 

• MS Office skills (Excel)

• Languages – Fluent in English (Mandarin and German would be considered as advantage but not required) 

• Very organized

• Energetic

• Proactive 

• Detail oriented 

• Team player 

• Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage 

 

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping for holding companies in Hong Kong and Australia

• Preparation of payments 

• Communications with contractors and accounting service providers based abroad 

• Month-end close

• Monthly management reporting  

• Assist with audits and preparation of statutory accounts 

• Ad Hoc project work

Location: Munich, Germany
