Genesis Global Group is currently looking for an IT Service Manager to join a retail organisation based in Amsterdam.  3 month freelance contract to start with but extensions are almost certain to follow.

 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Service Manager looking to increase their exposure to the following:

• Help support and manage teams such as the Computer Centre Service Desk team (CCSD), PC Support team, Workflow development team and Retail/Central Print service teams.

• Provide support on integration issues for the Corporate Information Systems and IT Workflow Systems.

• Ensuring all teams provide quality and valued service to all of their customers.

• Provide management reports, when necessary, on the performance levels of the Computer Centre services.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are imperative and an ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of service quality in an IT support environment.

• Candidate must be a EU citizen
