Job functions

​

In our pharmaceutical company, you will monitor and ensure the monitoring and logistics of clinical trials at the French level.
You will be the Team Manager Of CRAs: Monitoring performance indicators, activity and development of the team (Training, career development, Co-Visits...). You will also assist the project leader(s) in the international coordination of clinical trials and the filing of regulatory files In France, Participate in the preparation of essential documents and clinical trial practices, Responsible for Updating of the Department's procedures, Ensure the proper conduct of trials in investigative centres in compliance with protocol, procedures and good clinical practice (ICH-GCP), Work closely with project team members (project manager, Data Manager, Biostatistician and Pharmacovigilance)

Requirements

​

• Holds a BAC + 4/5 degree in Science and Training in Clinical Research

• Successful experience in monitoring clinical studies in a pharmaceutical or CRO laboratory

• Six years Minimum Associate Clinical Research Experience

• One year minimum Management/Coordination Experience

• Control of the regulatory environment of clinical trials

• Fluent professional English mandatory
