Genesis Global Group is currently recruiting for an Italian Private Banker / Business Developer (hunter) to join a leading European banking group. This is a fantastic opportunity with great financial rewards and offering true career progression within the company.

The banking group has been running for nearly 150 years and have a presence across the globe. They have a specialized Wealth Management arm who are now looking to for an experienced Private Banking to join the Italian focused team in Luxembourg.

Job description:

​

• Establish basic key prospects and increase the clients market share of Italian clients. The clients can be based anywhere in the Eurozone as long as they are Itlaian.

• Expected targets would be for you to on-board €30-40mn Net New Cash per annum.

• The clients must have a minimum of €1mn to onboard with the bank.

• Implement its commercial approach, respecting the objectives of growth and profitability of the business (on budget).

• Working with customers - informing and advising them, along with the Investment Advisors, with regards to management of their assets, while ensuring a comprehensive approach.

• Advising customers on the products and services that meet their needs, in collaboration with the Investment Advisors (financial and non-financial offers), providing a service and high-quality advice in respect of the MiFID Regulations and Compliance Group.

• Comply with local regulations.

• Identify and seize the opportunities of cross-selling. Introduce customers to specialized areas of the bank.

 

Location: Luxembourg

 

Experience:  Many years of experience of working with Italian customers, including acquisition of these clients.

Education:    University degree in Law, Economics or Finance is preferable.
