The banking group has been running for nearly 150 years and have a presence across the globe. They have a specialized Wealth Management arm who are now looking to for an experienced Private Banking manager to lead the Spanish focused team in Luxembourg.

Job description:  

​

 

• Lead an existing team of 5 other bankers, targeting Spanish Private Banking clientele who can be based anywhere in the Eurozone.

• The client is now looking for an experienced private banker with previous management experience (e.g. lead a team, previously managed junior private bankers, relationship managers, etc.) to lead the team in successfully on-boarding clientele and managing the relationships. 

• Design and implement a marketing strategy to generate new business targeting Spanish clientele (hunting).

• Establish basic key prospects and increase the clients market share. The clients must have a minimum of €1mn to onboard with the bank.

• Implement the marketing operation in compliance with the objectives of growth and profitability. 

• Sell products and services corresponding to customer needs (financial and non-financial offers), providing a service and high-quality advice in respect of the MiFID Regulations and Compliance Group.

• Ensure business development with Spanish clients. 

• Expected targets would be for you to on-board €30-40mn Net New Cash per annum.

Experience :  A number of years of experience in working with Spanish customers, Previous management experience.

Education   :  Higher education in economic or financial guidance is preferable.
