Job Description

 

• Together with the Business Unit Manager / Business Unit Director, to be responsible for managing, coaching and training the (Senior) Relationship Managers/Officers Accounting;

• To actively participate to Risk Management and abide by all related internal rules and standards;

• To review cash flow reporting and calculate net asset value for client companies;

• To review and analyse financial statements and diagnose specific accounting actions for client companies;

• To review monthly / quarterly / semi-annual financial statements for client companies as well as annual financial statements;

• To review (semi-)annual tax and/or VAT-returns;

• To monitor fiscal position for client companies in close co-operation with the Business Unit Manager / Business Unit Director;

• To coordinate the day-to day work of and advise the sub-team;

• To communicate and coordinate with clients as well as with all internal and external stakeholders concerned by the client companies under management;

• To ensure that proper financial records are maintained for all client companies/structures;

• To ensure that all compliance requirements on your client’s files are in accordance with Anti Money Laundering and statutory regulations.

 

Experience

 

• Holder of a professional diploma in Accounting or a university degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance;

• 4-7 years of relevant experience. Any previous experience with a trust, international accounting or audit company is considered as an advantage;

• Excellent command of English, any other language is a strong asset (Polish, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, French);

• Solid knowledge of International and/or Luxembourg tax laws or practices (including - but not limited to - holding and finance structures, incorporations, joint ventures, liquidation procedures, (group) financing rules, corporate transactions, etc.), with - in some cases – a specific regional focus;
