Job Description

To be in charge of the bookkeeping of a number of dedicated files;

To provide the required information to auditors, banks and administrations; and to discuss balance sheets with clients;

To identify issues that should be reflected in the accounts, identify documentation that is needed, and initiate the handling of such issues and documentation;

To calculate tax provisions independently and to establish the corporate income tax return;

To check and prepare cash flow reporting and calculate net asset value for client companies;

To prepare monthly / quarterly / semi-annual financial statements for client companies as well as annual financial statements;

To ensure that proper financial records are maintained for all client companies/structures;

To communicate and coordinate with clients as well as with all internal and external stakeholders concerned by the client companies under management.
Experience

Holder of a professional diploma in Accounting or a university degree in Economics or Finance;

At least 2-5 years of relevant experience. Any previous experience with a trust, international accounting or audit company is considered as an advantage;

Excellent command of English, any other language is a strong asset (Polish, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, French);

Accounting technical skills (strong for senior);

Knowledge of International and/or Luxembourg tax laws or practices (including - but not limited to - holding and finance structures, incorporations, joint ventures, liquidation procedures, (group) financing rules, corporate transactions, etc.), with - in some cases – a specific regional focus;

Abide to Intertrust values, by setting the example, being a team player with “hands-on” mentality and by adopting a proactive approach towards day-to-day handling of client companies.
